Cyprus: The destination of multimillionaires!

According to a recent survey conducted by Knight Frank, the number of millionaires living in Cyprus with assets over USD 30 million is growing rapidly, and even predicting an increase at an annual rate of 20-25% over the next 5 years.

The survey also revealed that Cyprus holds the 35^th place worldwide in the overall increase in the index of luxury house prices, with a rise of 2,8% in comparison to 2017. Cyprus’ Investment Programme, as the survey refers to, is attracting millionaires from around the globe, and reportedly has been one of the most popular destinations for Russian millionaires.
The countries hosting the largest number of millionaires in 2018 as per the survey’s results were the USA in first place with 47.127 millionaires, Japan in second place with 18.534, and Germany third with 14.047 millionaires.
