Our Oneworld Legal Services Department consists of lawyers and paralegals, specialised with company laws of various offshore jurisdictions enhanced through years of experience and servicing hundreds of clients and their international entities.

We advise on formation of entities in suitable jurisdictions and can undertake the incorporation process with our colleagues in those countries. They also arrange and prepare minutes of directors and annual general meetings.

Other services provided include:

• assisting with the changes in company structures such as change of company’s directors and secretary, name, registered address, memorandum and articles, the authorised and issued share capital etc
• preparation of company documents such as company resolutions, powers of attorney and carry out legalisation of company documents as required by the clients from time to time
• maintain the statutory records of the company and ensure that the company meets all its legal obligations such as the filing of the annual returns to the relevant authorities
• assist the client in drafting contracts and agreements and provide consultancy on all the legal aspects concerning our client’s entity
• registration of the company with statutory documents and paid in capital
• provision of full or partial nominee structure, including shareholders, directors, secretary and legal address
• legalisation of company documents for future accreditation
• liaison with the Tax office for tax clearances and double tax treaty certificates
