George Philippides
Chief Executive
George is our founder and chairman. He has more than 25 years experience in the accounting profession and has been advising clients originating from all over the world – including and not limited to Cyprus, Greece, Serbia, Slovenia, Russia and the CIS, western Europe, north America – for over 20 years. In addition to his background and practice in audit and consulting he has been particularly active in advising multinationals on large-scale projects, strategy and risk management, acquisitions, corporate governance, joint ventures and international tax planning. George frequently advises large and smaller clients to restructure, rationalise and optimise resources and profits. He has written numerous articles on professional issues especially with regard to tax planning opportunities and the advantageous use of double tax treaties. He is instrumental in guiding our growth and developing our presence and recognition in Cyprus and outside. He is a Chartered Accountant having qualified in London with KMG Thomson McLintock (now KPMG) and holds an honours degree from the London School of Economics (University of London).

Savvas Shiatis
Director
Savvas is a director responsible for the affairs of banking and financial services clients, mainly from western and eastern Europe, also assisting them on compliance and reporting matters. He possesses considerable experience in advising clients to structure their international activities. He has also been involved in the listing of public companies. Savvas qualified as a Chartered Accountant in London and holds a bachelor’s degree from the London School of Economics (University of London). He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Cyprus.

Maria Zarkos
Director
Maria is a director responsible for the registration and management of groups and single entities in Cyprus and abroad. She is conversant with conditions and on-going requirements of clients who set up their structures in Cyprus and elsewhere and her team looks after their overall business affairs. Maria holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and Social Administration from the University College Roehampton in Surrey and holds a professional diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Marios Tziortzis
Director
Marios is a director and heads our accounting services division. He deals with all types of clients ranging from small to larger sized enterprises involved in all business sectors, including trading, banking and finance, oil and gas, manufacturing and services. His division also offers payroll services. Marios is a graduate of the University of Rome in Economics and Accounting.

Irina Morozyk-Theodoulou
Associate
Irina is a senior associate responsible for the management and administration of clients, especially from eastern Europe. She handles compliance and administration matters for international business groups, heads our internal audit services, and advises on setting up procedures and business operational aspects of Cyprus. Irina is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in UK and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Cyprus. She is also a Certified Internal Auditor and graduate of the International Institute of Business and Law in San Marino

Elina Demetriou
Legal Adviser
Elina heads our legal services. She deals with legal compliance and representation of clients for litigation matters involving legal and tax issues. She also provides legal advice including review and drafting of agreements, contracts and legal documents and is involved in the registration of legal entities. Elina is a UK barrister at Lincoln’s Inn and holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Southampton.
